Postal 3 is now available on GamersGate and a few other online stores, but it is a Steam game as far as I can tell, and Steam is not selling it yet.
Look forward to a review in the near future.

Postal 3 is still a big deal. The Postal franchise has a lot of fans, perhaps more fans than Portal has.

All I know of Postal is the movie version where the cop shoots that old Asian lady because he thinks she's being racist

The movie was awesome! I thought it depicted the game characters very well, and even though the story is stupid (and hilarious), the acting is very good. 
DANGIT I read this as Portal 3
